Payment Policy
All fees are to be paid in advance (either weekly or monthly). Your fee reserves your child's place in the program and is payable regardless of whether your child attends. Fees include consideration of and are payable for National Holidays and the week of July 3 to July 7, 2023, and July 1 to July 5, 2024, when the program will be closed. A two day minimum for toddler care and preschool is needed to qualify for the program. A minimum of three half-days is necessary to qualify for the half-day kindergarten program.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $225.00 and payment of the first two weeks of child care will be charged upon acceptance. (This fee is applicable to all categories.) A break in care in excess of 4 weeks will require a new registration and payment of fees.
A 10% discount will be given to the second child registered from any one family. This discount will be applied to the lesser amount of the two individual fees. A discount of 10% will also be given to the third child registered from the same household and will be deducted from that child's tuition. Discounts are not applicable to the after-school program.
Hours of Operation
St. Matthew's Day Care will be open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. We will close on National Holidays and for the week of July 3 - July 7, 2023, and July 1 to July 5, 2024. There will be a surcharge for pick-up after 5:30 PM ($38.00 for up to the first half-hour and $40.00 for each half-hour period thereafter.)
